The invitations for Matthew and Heidi’s Weekend Wedding Getaway are ready to go! For their wedding at sea, the couple wanted something unique with a cruise/ destination wedding theme. The bride-to-be came across a tropical flower she adored and I went to work creating their custom logo to be used across all design elements. The couple also went with a non-traditional tropical palette: fall orange, chocolate brown, and a deep turquoise. I love to work on projects like these! The couple also wanted affordable invites. These are handmade, printed on my inkjet.
The “ticket” is the actual invitation to the wedding, printed on glossy paper. The “postcard” is a weathered & aged map of the Bahamas and is reversible to include an RSVP. The “passport to love” includes information on the couple, their nuptials, and other important cruise information. All of these are placed neatly into a handmade ticket pocket portfolio, finished with their logo, to guarantee safe keeping. Wouldn’t you love to receive this sparkly sunset-colored envelope in the mail?
